Christie was great to work with. We originally purchased land in March 2024. She took us on a FaceTime tour of the property, answered all our questions, and got us in contact with the POA and other local folks to answer any questions. The closing process and doing everything online was a snap. Since then we had made it out to visit in person, see the parcel, and spend some time with her in person. We met Ron in November of 2019, when we started looking for land to build a home, and developed a rapport immediately. He made a point of talking with us and learning what our needs and goals were. We felt very comfortable talking with Ron. We lived in Florida and when there was a listing for land that was of interest to us, he would visit the site and give us details. Ron stayed with us as we searched in vain for over six months. Looking for land remotely was not working out. A different strategy was needed and we switched to looking for a rental house. We quickly discovered that a home purchase would be a better financial option than renting. With a new set of requirements, he helped us with looking and buying remotely. Understanding our particular needs and wants, he looked for homes within our target price range. He would also tour homes with us remotely, by using video on our cell phones. He also used a laser measuring tool to measure the dimensions of rooms to make sure our furniture would fit. In August of 2020, we finally found a house that we liked, Ron helped us make a winning offer and stayed with us all the way to closing and even beyond. Ron Knew the market in the Tri Cities area and knew a lot about looking at Lake homes. In 2 days we looked at about 10 homes and came back for a second look at the one we purchased. I was going to offer low and Ron told me the owner would not go much lower since he knew what she had paid for buying it years ago. We offered what Ron Suggested and met in the middle.
